Beachfront Penthouse on the Mediterranean

This large sunny beachfront apartment/condo features a wide living/dining area with an unobstructed panoramic view of the brilliant Mediterranean Sea. The spacious patio and rooftop are perfect for al fresco dining, sunning and entertainment. This third-floor gem features marble floors, three bedrooms: one with queen size bed, and two with twin beds,(plus optional fold-out sofa), an up-to-date kitchen and two modern bathrooms. The pool is in a lush garden overlooking the blue Mediterranean. The view is forever. Please ask for more photos.

The building, 'El Tuhillo,' is a scenic seven minute walk to the center of town, to the Balcon de Europa. A walker's paradise, Nerja has hidden seaside trails, or you can hike in the rugged Sierra Madre mountains behind the old Moorish town of Frigiliani. If you want to visit the Moorish Fort in Solobreno, the Alhambra (Granada), Cordoba, Sevilla or even Gibraltar, cars are easy to rent for the day.

With the ambiance of an old Spanish town, Nerja also has excitement, entertainment and night life; there's something for everyone. Each day is an adventure. Browse in fabulous shops. Dine at beachside restaurants at Buriana Beach, or enjoy a sidewalk cafe in town. Giant paellas and sangria tantalize the eyes and the pallette, or enjoy haute cuisine for a change.

Located near the Parador, you'll be in the loveliest area of Nerja. Rise early and photograph the fishermen as they come ashore with their catch, or dance all night and see them on your way home as the sun rises.

Location, Location...

We spent a month in Christine’s apartment in Nerja and had the most wonderful stay in this nice, quiet and secure little town. On our arrival, we realized that the view from the balcony and the roof terrace was really breathtaking, as witnessed by the number of pictures we took from there... We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment: when our children and grand-children came for a visit, they had their own “quarters”. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and clean and very well situated, within walking distance from the beaches, shops and restaurants. In fact, although you are very close to the “action”, you might think you are alone in the world when you are on the balcony or in the apartment. The building, the swimming pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. Sue, Christine’s local representative, was there to welcome us and was always a call away if needed. Christine, thanks for a memorable stay!

Wonderful location

The location and view from this condo are exceptional!!! As you come into the living room you are met with an unobstructed, awesome view of the Mediterranean. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants, beaches, stores and the local bus station will take you to other wonderful towns and cites. The condo is warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week here and would stay again. The owner Chris is a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of our questions and was truly interested in our trip to Spain.

We are just leaving from our two week stay at Chris wonderful, large apt. Wonderful weather, beautiful views, and village feel. Loved our walk to the butcher, bread shop, fruit & veggies market, and small local grocer. The combi tour with Life Adventure is a must! There is a language school"Escuela de Idiomas Nerja" that my son & friend did for one week. Dinner prices were very inexpensive especially Little Italy for good pizza and pasta for 3-5 euros! Enjoyed it all and thank you for offering us your wonderful home...

Delighted in Nerja

Our family ended a two week visit to Spain with five glorious days in Nerja. What made it so special was our stay in this lovely apartment over the Mediterranean. The apartment is spacious and filled with sunlight. It is quiet and within a short, pleasant walk to the heart of Nerja and the beach. A grocery store and restaurants are two blocks away. Our family of four, including two tall teenage boys, was very comfortable. The bedroom layout makes it possible for everyone to have some privacy and the bathrooms are clean and well placed. The highlight was breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea. So peaceful and beautiful. We even enjoyed hanging our clothes out to dry on the rooftop clothes lines! I recommend this delightful condo to nearly any traveler interested in a fabulous beach experience in the south of Spain. There are three flights of stairs to climb, but if that doesn't deter you, a homey, lovely space welcomes you when you open the door.

This property was so great for our week long stay. The beautiful beach is right below as well as the pool, the view is gorgeous. and the restaurants are a block away. The apartment's bedrooms are almost divided into two areas so with two families we had great privacy. Our 3 year old granddaughter also enjoyed it when we barbecued on the rooftop deck. The location is good for day trips as well. We loved the nearby caves.
