Located in the authentic Las Flores neighbourhood, a quiet area without large numbers of tourists, surrounded by local families. Just a few steps away is the lively Parador area with a wide variety of popular restaurants such as the legendary Bar/Restaurant La Puntilla or El Velero, famous for their tapas. Just a 4-minute walk away is the Rincón de Encarni café, a meeting point for tourists and locals.



Supermarkets:

The Coviran supermarket is just 400 metres away. The large, well-stocked Mercadona supermarket is 600 metres away. There is also a greengrocer's and a typical neighbourhood supermarket just 50 metres away.



The nearest beach:

Just 600 metres away you will find the well-known Carabeillo Beach, and 700 metres away is the famous Burriana Beach, which has been awarded several Blue Flags. It offers water activities, sun loungers, volleyball courts, toilets, paddle surfing, kayaking and scooters. Beach restaurants such as the renowned AYO are famous for their paellas and seafood.
