I have phoned the hotel trying to speak to someone in accounting. My debit card was charged $362 for incidentals, including valet. We did not have a car we flew in and used Ubers. As of today, June 4 I have received a partial refund. I received $221.96 with no explanation and no one has called me after I’ve called twice today I feel I am still owed $110 and 20.$110.24 as I had no charges and I had not brought my vehicle with me.

The hotel was nice and in a very good location. I loved being walking distance to so many places. However, our room was the worst part of the hotel. We have a broken refrigerator that left a smell in our room. Also our lamp, iron and toilet paper holder was broken. We called the front desk several times but they didn’t fix anything.

Maid service was excellent, ice machines didnt work and on our last night the air conditioning was out and the room was 85 degrees. Made it horrible for everyone to sleep.
