Lucy the owner was friendly welcoming, super helpful. I needed some paperwork printed and she went beyond to help me out on the next day and the staff Felipe and Sammy were amazing. First time, staying at a hostel and definitely will go there again.

I love the property it was good only had one incident when the staff got into with another guest and she came questioning me how long was I going to stay I thought that was very rude but besides that I enjoyed my stay the staff she was very emotional and having a nervous breakdown and taking it out on other guests they're making uncomfortable
