My elderly mom, uncle and aunt were guests here on a reservation I made for them. When they got to the hotel they were told that they didn't have a reservation and they ended up giving them 1 room with one bed when I had paid for 2 separate rooms. They asked why only one bed and were moved to another room with 2 beds; again, the payment was made for TWO ROOMS NOT ONE. These are elderly people, they took what they got and when they came back and told me about it, I tried to get the reimbursement through Expedia and Expedia said they contacted the property and my request was denied, even though now they admitted that their records did show the original reservation but had one of the rooms as no show when my relatives were told initially that there was no reservation on file.

The parking lot had people hanging around in it. The neighborhood itself didn't feel safe. The room had a an old mildew smell. The carpet was stained and dirty.

Comfort Inn but not to much comfort

The first night my sisters room was damp. Me and my husband room was as well but not as bad. During the night on the wood table the tv was on I saw something move got up a bug not sure what kind think I killed it. Next night we in bed seen something out myneye a brown roach crawling on the cup.When I say I lost it I have never been so disgusted and felt like I was dirty. I did not being any critters there and pray none left with us on the cruise. This hotel say it is good and there were so many people staying there but no BE AWARE and do not stay here. It needs to be fumigated..I seen them cleaing it and amelled bleach but it needs RAID...also the elevator does not sound very safe and seems to get stuck between floors...this needs updating..sorry no pics because the roach was demolished and my husband got rid of it..so glad we only had one night left.
