The staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean. The only 2 things that I wasnt exactly pleased with but there is always going to be something. The breakfast wasn't great but what do you expect for free breakfast. I grabbed a piece of toast out of the bread box and it was hard like it had been in there for a week. Eggs were not very hot. And the water pressure wasn't very good in my room.

Room was clean but at the same time was extremely musty like the carpet was recently shampooed but with dirty water and the room itself was almost humid. The mold in the shower caulking was concerning. The rust on the safety rails in the shower that were falling off the wall were also concerning. The padded quilt liner above the sheet was ripped and covered myself and my oldest son in its filler material. The bathroom door would self close as designed but gave a scream the entire time it would do so (just needs to be oiled). - the rest of the room was very clean including the inside of the appliances; all aside the room desperately needs a dehumidifier installed as the AC wasn’t doing it I was impressed with the breakfast and how it rotated proteins and the available juice. Most of the staff was great other than the one guy who was constantly smoking pit on the bench in front of the lobby door every morning (wears a different red sweater everyday) Location offered a lot of shopping options and was close proximity to many attractions

I only spent one night, however i would definitely stay again the room was clean, very accommodating and there were plenty of towels, The breakfast area was clean and a variety of food choices that were displayed in a very inviting way.

I normally stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Marrero, Louisiana every time I visit New Orleans because I’ve always felt comfortable and safe here. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was very different and disappointing. I was in town to bury my father, so rest and peace were extremely important. For two nights in a row, I was unable to get any sleep due to excessive noise from the room next to mine. A child was running, jumping, and bouncing around late at night, including waking me out of my sleep around 1:00 a.m. It sounded as if it was the middle of the day, not late at night. I contacted the front desk both nights to report the issue because I wasn’t sure what was going on and was concerned the child may have been unattended. In addition to the noise issues, when I returned to the hotel on my last day, someone was sitting out front smoking marijuana, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about the overall environment. I understand the hotel cannot control everything, but this experience was very unlike the Comfort Inn I’ve stayed at in the past. This stay was stressful during an already emotional time, and it has made me question whether I would return on future visits.
