Booked the room because it had a pool, which was the reason for me coming there. Get to the hotel and the pool not working, the ice machine wasn’t working, the pop machine was out of order, the elevator wasn’t working it was all bad. I will never booked this hotel AGAIN.
The first front counter assistant was very accommodating but the next day, the front counter assistant was rude. Guess the person had a bad day. TV was broke in the room. I was offered another room though, which was very thoughtful of the front counter assistant.
I’ve never experienced this before at check in they had ppl was just hanging around the property we arrived around 7oclock our room was not clean properly the front desk agent try to switch us in another room and someone was already in there the customer was not very happy when I open the door so I went back to front desk to let the agent know what happened

Property is ok for one night but, needs to be remodel.
Only stay if you’re just stopping for a quick rest
We arrived and got into our room with no problems, there was a sign that said their ice machine was down and was down the whole four days we were there. I went to the pool and it was dirty I understand it’s outside but you can tell nobody cleans it out. The breakfast was the same the whole days the only thing scramble eggs and sausage they switched out was the potatoes bites and biscuits. I messed my fitted sheets and they didn’t get me a new one they left the bed with just the mattress cover and just made the bed up. Our mini fridge froze our drinks and food after two days of being in the fridge. They didn’t clean our shower and shut down the elevator and didn’t let us know. The main floor always smelled like wet dog around 11am I guess after they mop the floors.

Rooms didnt feel clean. Had no towels when requested. Lobby and breakfast area was the cleanest part of the hotel.
We got into our room early, which was good. The tub had peeling paint in it, the faucet was hanging off and the bathroom was just not clean. The ice machines were not working the entire 3 days we were there! The morning of the second day we got up and went to breakfast and when we came back to shower and get ready for the day the water was not working. We called the front desk and the woman said “oh yeah” we have been trying to get in touch with you all morning to tell you that there is scheduled plumbing for your room. I told her that the water in the so was unhooked which means someone came into my room without permission. She said we had to move rooms. This was not convenient because we had somewhere to be and didn’t have the time to move rooms and take showers.

Decent hotel but it is misrepresented as nicer than it actually us. The mattresses on the beds were hard and the linens were poor quality. Good customer service when they're at the desk.
