The room was very clean, there is a whole folder devoted to telling you what the fine is for damaging items or taking them (4 pages of them in fact which is a new one for us). The staff were ok, nothing more. The breakfast was varied, we just had toast because we aren’t used to eating actual meals ...

In general it was an amazing stay. Clean room, amazing staff, great shuttle, the breakfast is amazing, do yourself a favor and add it to your stay, you can't go wrong. I rated the stay good instead of excellent. In truth it was excellent. The only issue, and in April in Bangkok this will sound crazy ...
