The remodeled kitchen is completely stocked and opens onto the huge deck and the backyard oasis with a salt water pool, pergola and gated off street parking for up to 5 cars!
This huge oasis is the perfect spot for larger groups or families! Located is a safe and secure area of NOLA and under a 10 minute uber to the World Famous French Quarter. There are 2 floors of living space with a primary bedroom (king) downstairs and 2 bedrooms (queen) upstairs. There is a full bathroom on each floor and a half bath on main floor. Every bedroom has a tv. There is also a tv room on each floor. The backyard is AMAZING! There is a large salt water pool, hot tub, a huge deck with space for 6 people dining al fresco! There is a covered lounge area next to the pool with a sectional couch. There is also gated parking for up to 4 cars and 2 more parking spots on the other side of the gate. The front porch is super southern and majestic, the perfect spot to enjoy a southern breeze with a glass of wine!
You can't get any closer to the action than at this house, which sits just a few blocks from the Freret Street Corridor, with some of the city's most heralded restaurants, cafes, shops and bars just blocks away!

Broadmoor is a centrally located neighborhood in Uptown New Orleans not far from Tulane and Loyola Universities, and a great hub to access all of New Orleans' attractions. Our home is a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk to the Freret Street Restaurant & Entertainment District, one of the city's hottest neighborhoods with 8 blocks of restaurants, cafes, bars, and small businesses. New places are opening every month it seems.
Broadmoor is known for its' neighborhood pride and activism, and was one of the first neighborhoods to organize and rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. The neighborhood is safe, laid back, lush with lots of trees, is a popular place for families to settle.
Our home is tucked in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a block off the grand, oak-lined street of Napoleon Avenue with a 1/2 mile walking trail. One of the highlights of staying in Broadmoor is easy and quick drivability and access to all of the city's attractions. The neighborhood is very family friendly- mostly homeowners and young professional types. Large trees form a canopy over the street, and provide shade and homes for squirrels and birds. Many of the people in the blocks nearby know each other and have lived here for years. People walk their dogs, jog and ride bikes in the area all the time.
