The only complaint I have is that you have to rent outdoor seating around the pool if all of the lounge chairs are taken. $250 for 3 hours when you're already paying to stay there was steep in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel in quite location which was key since we stayed during the French Quarter Fest! Great restaurant and pool bar. Friendly, attentive staff... I can't say enough really! Excellent hotel!

This was the best stay in New Orleans, the room was very up to date and fashionable. Room service was awesome. Good quality furniture very couture, even the balcony/patio furniture was nice… 10/10 would stay again PS I’m a local that needed a getaway, and got it!!!!

My plans changed and instead of the king bedroom which I originally reserved for a three night stay, I requested two beds. The request was not granted and when I asked the next day if any double rooms had become available I was rudely dismissed - strike one Later that day I went to the rooftop pool but it was closed for a private event - strike two When my son arrived on the second day of my stay he called down to have a blanket delivered to the room. It never came - strike three I’m out!!!

I loved this hotel. I didn't like that the fan ran all night. It was too noisy, so I had to have them disconnecte it. Then it was too hot. Lol

Our entire stay was phenomenal. There are only 2 things that I can say negatively about this property. The pool is super small and the water pressure coming from the sink was very little. The water pressure in the shower was fine.
