The bathroom was dirty hair strands and WHEN You get to the hotel to check in they ask for 100 DEPOSIT WHICH IS NEVER MENTION ANY WHERE ONLINE ABD WHEN YOU CHECKING OUT THEY TELL YOU THAT OUT OF THE 100 they take 15 dollars a day for Maintenance ridiculous That I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Hidden gem in Brooklyn. Our flight cam in early and went to hotel to drop our bag. This not an issue….and they were very nice about it. When we returned later my son asked if we could have a top floor room and after checking the computer they gladly accommodated. We originally booked a single and were surprised to open the door and find it was a double. The room over looked some neighborhoods and even had a view of the subway line. This is a very convenient location with being only maybe a block from the M train. All of the staff we encountered were really nice. I would definitely stay here again!

These rooms were lacking to say the least. No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Just a bed,TV, and a desk. No decor of any kind on the walls, and all the lights in the room were different wattage and colors. The showers are doorless and there were no bathmats to soak up the water that sprayed out. We also noticed there were no trash bins in any part of the room, including the bathroom. The space was not great, but the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Will not be returning.

Pretty basic accomodations with some updates needed. Hallway had a terrible smell for most of my stay and the cleaning was done quite late in the evening (7 pm to 9 pm) which was not ideal.
