We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Second time staying here in the last two months and third for my husband. This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help.
