Millennium Hilton

I liked the location. It is a short walk to Grand Central Station and easy to get to any part of Manhattan from there. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious for a standard room compared to other places I have stayed in Manhattan. The breakfast buffet offers a lot and the coffee shop has good coffee and a nice del of pastries.

Would’ve given full five stars but dissatisfied with issues in room. The lock for the room door on the inside was off the hinge and phone in the room was not working. Notified front desk lady with blonde hair and security during stay and nothing was done, lady at the front desk just shook her head. Besides that staff at the bar was very nice and welcoming and Brandon at front desk was cool to interact with and check in went smoothly with him

Globally ok. Hotel is old and requires refreshing. Not a small desk in the room: surprising. Main complain: I was proposed by Front Desk they send to me my Restaurant bill by e-mail and I needed 3 days and many e-mails with "Hotel Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza sent you a message" to get my invoice. Very unpleasant e-mails and person: I was asked 10 times my e-mail while I answered with this e-mail and it was in my registration !
