I was surprised how dirty it was in the room. Every piece of furniture was covered with a layer of dust, especially on top of that tiny refrigerator and the table next to it. Absolutely disgusting! On top of that, I only came to realization, when I got in the shower, that the body wash bottle fixed on the wall was completely empty! Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

Absolutely one of the worst stays at any Hilton There was no service- no one at front desk ever They mixed up reservations overcharged us Then we had to exit room and switch mid stay because there was more than one reservation on our stay . No water , we are diamond members and I was told everyone in hotel is diamond level I was told to complain to manager and the manager could only be reached on a dial button phone in another room Surreal Awful Stay away

Overall nice hotel in a convenient location, about a 10 minutes walk to grand central and good restaurants in the area. The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and a good size but could be updated. The view from the room was incredible!

Gorgeous views

Gorgeous hotel! Staff was not very friendly or helpful, but we didn't need much support from them anyhow. The view from the room was incredible and we didn't want to leave it! The area around the hotel was dead/quiet but I'd bet it's more bustling during the rest of the year (we were here around the holidays). Not many late night eating/drinking options close by.

Imposed extra Charge

There was a charge per room per day of 35us.... but if We con sume it in their premises it was deducted from the daily charge... nobody told us about that, did not like that imposition. No room service provided. Room did not seem well taken cared of, wallpapers where falling off.
