Everything was nice my mother in-law only stayed one night. The only negative thing I can talk about are the restaurant prices extremely over priced for what is offered. Yes I understand location but if you are going to charge upscale prices your food should match in quality.

The Hotel room was good, position central to see NY and the staff were friendly. The problem I had was that the Hotel is less than clear about its charging and so when we left after 5 days I was presented with a Bill which I had not anticipated since I had booked and paid for my stay in advance. The problem is this daily $35 charge plus state and city taxes. From the reading of the Website it looks as if the $35 is included in your ordinary charge but not so its extra. Also the $35 is supposed to be part payment for your daily breakfast but if you do have a Hotel breakfast (not very good) you still get charged extra because the Hotel breakfast costs far more than $35 and is twice the price of breakfast in one of the many cafes near the Hotel and if you don't have the Hotel breakfast you still pay an extra $35 a day so it ends up as a much more expensive Hotel than it seems. Its misleading and frankly verging on dishonest

Expensive. FYI they tac on an extra $300 to ur stay for “taxes”. Coudve got a much better hotel for that cost. Breakfast place kept pushing buffet like they were on commission even though I said NO many times. Hotel doesn’t even have a shuttle. Stay was mediocre. Hotel room was very very basic. Nicest part was lobby. That’s it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The hotel itself was beautiful...however I do wish they were more upfront about certain fees. I was charged an extra $35 which then became a food credit. Not a big issue, but what happened soon after I used it was pretty ridiculous. I ended paying $42 for a burger and fries that got me very sick. I ordered a medium burger and went in the bathroom within 30 minutes. With a serious stomach issue. That persisted for a few hours. Also, the lady at the front desk wasn't very warm or friendly. Not an ideal situation for a weekend stay. I'm a fan of the Hilton hotels and this one was pretty disappointing. Do better please.

Probably the worst Hilton I’ve been in for room cleanliness. Stains and holes in the carpet everywhere. Walls were not that clean. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Tv sitting in the desk so not much room to work.
