Great location. The front staff failed to tell me about the time share lecture. I was there for a week. The person in charge of that told me about it as I was leaving to go back home. Very annoyed about that.

They don’t offer housekeeping for stays under 5 days. I wish it was every other day, but not a huge deal. The room isn’t huge (few in NYC are), but it’s modern, good bedding and technology, plenty of outlets and USB ports, and a good bathroom. Even a suitable desk for working. The hotel lacks a vibe, if that matters to you, so no gathering at a lobby bar. But minor gripes-I’d happily stay here again.

The advertised room is not what you get

We booked our regular room for 7 night stay and the hotel explained Hotels.com downgraded us. So our room was not at all as advertised. We had also booked on a separate reservation an extra night. The same hotel desk agent explained this reservation was an upgraded room as the original should have been. As we had to move for the last night, the upgraded room was even smaller! So either the desk agents have no idea about the property and services or hotels,com is falsely advertising. Either way we booked the same as previously and did not get what was advertised and the hotel passed the buck.

I was in a king studio that was nicely configured and felt roomy. Bed was comfortable and there were no signs of wear and tear. My room was nice & quiet and the heating & A/C were modern! Staff was easily contacted by text, which was a bonus.
