The Kimberley is in a great location for a stay in NYC. Staff were friendly. The deluxe suite provided a great space to have a home from home, with a small kitchenette. Room service was useful and very good. The roof top bar is wonderful particularly if you get the view of the Chrysler building, but more bar staff are needed at busy times. I'd recommend The Kimberley for a stay in NYC and would stay there again.

Kimberly is a gem.

At first, we were not given the room we had requested which was the luxury one bedroom suite with a balcony, but I went back to the front desk and (MJ), if I have his name correct, very kindly switched us to the room we wanted. The Kimberly was everything I read in the reviews. Though a bit dated, it was very clean, everyday. The staff, everyone are so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!
