Room furnishings are somewhat dated in appearance, but rooms are very large, it comes equipped with a mini kitchen, and location is great—central in Manhattan and within a block of subway station. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed for our one year wedding anniversary which the hotel was very generous and thoughtful about helping us celebrate. Everything was spectacularly clean and having a balcony was wonderful. Modern amenities with a traditional and luxurious aesthetic. Rooftop bar is adorable and the staff were all so warm and helpful. Loved it!

The staff was amazing! The first night we got in very late and stayed in a lovely room but it was on a lower floor. I asked if we could get a room on a higher floor and they upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 26th floor. It was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The whole time the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We loved it!
