Property is very outdated. Good size room, with 2 bathrooms, but 1 shower did not work. Old bathrooms, small beds ( small full beds). Friendly staff, good location, across from Penn Station. Hotel has no soundproofing, you can hear all the noises from the street.

Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at.

I loved my stay here!! The only thing I will comment on is the bathroom is kind of small and outdated but other than that I lived my stay! The restaurants on site were amazing and the staff was super kind and attentive.

My tiny room with a view had a dirty window pane. The ironing board in the room was broken and unusable. Shower ran both scalding hot and cold at the same time. On the positives the bed was comfortable. Great location.

Family room for 6 of us, was huge, clean and actually very quiet so we were able to sleep soundly! Sofa bed was very comfy and two bathrooms so felt like an Apartment! Great location and easy to get to everything in NYC would highly recommend.
