We had a wonderful time staying at this good value hotel. The room and bathroom were well looked after. The reception staff and doormen were all very helpful and friendly. Room had a slightly dated aesthetic but this didn't subtract anything from the overall experience. It was easy to get cabs or take the nearby subway from this hotel as well.

We stayed here last year and the staff was awesome!!! I knew that this year, we would be returning to the Westgate. Tony, Sam and I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names, made our stay very enjoyable once again and hopefully we will be back next January!!! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, affordable stay in Midtown, the Westgate Grand Central is it!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks y'all for a wonderful time in NYC!

The Westgate hotel this location in New York has the kindest staff I’ve ever dealt with in my career going to hotels. They are very classy very polite. Very nice everybody there is in line and respectful. This is the 10th time I’ve stayed there. I’ll only stay there from now on in New York.
