The day shift shuttle driver was the most amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He will be the reason I stay at this hotel again! He is the most courteous and patient driver I have ever come across. He put a smile on our faces everyday of our stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. We had to ask for a fourth set of towels as they only provided 3 for 4 adults in the room. The coffee in the lobby was cold at 5 am when we were checking out.

It was convenient to the airport. The shuttle driver (Raphael??) went the extra mile and took myself and another couple directly to our gate (the air train was not running). Please give him a bonus!! I would probably have missed my flight if not for his kindness.

We liked the shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was very nice with nice variety and the 2 staff members who worked the area were courteous and customer friendly. The room we rented had cob webs near the night stands but other than that the room was clean.
