Provincetown getaway

Very convenient to Provincetown. Quiet. immaculate. Great pool. Excellent view of sunset. Friendly and helpful owner with great information. Had mini refrigerator and freezer and a microwave. We would definitely come back again

Had a great stay here I stayed here for a total of three nights for a vacation to do some beach driving on the national seashore, which is just a short drive from here about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff upon arrival were super friendly and we’re very helpful and there’s even a board on the wall in the room that gives you local safety information and restaurants that are nearby i’ll definitely stay here again.

They have a room for improvement

We, a family of the two adults and two kids, spent the three nights at Cape View Motel. Overall it was a good experience. The room and swimming pool were clean. The room was a decent size too. The air conditioner worked fine. However, there were some minuses too: - no fan in the bathroom - no countertop around the sink in the bathroom - one of two beds was uncomfortable - no tea in the room, only coffee - no services after 6 pm and on weekends. The office is closed.

This was a “Mom & Daughter” trip. We stayed 6 days. Great location, decor is a little outdated (but that isn’t a big deal), and the cleaning staff didn’t bother us when we asked for privacy.

Great little motel

Motel is very well maintained!! Very welcoming & clean!! Nice property, friendly staff! Our room was very clean! Bed was comfortable and amenities in the room convenient. Our only issue (if you want to call it one) was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold, especially at night while we slept, it was warmer than wanted. We travel with fans, but it still was a little uncomfortable.

5 stars because the owner kindly moved us up to 2nd floor room for the 4th fireworks. Happy to report that for an older property the soundproofing is really pretty good. Grounds are lovely and clean, room was basic and functional. Be prepared for a tiny bathroom. Nice place to stay overall. Do not miss the spice store next door which is many things besides spices. Vey convenient to Ptown.
