Lincoln and it's bustling downtown is approx 1.5 miles away, Loon Mountain 4 miles away. Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon is only a 10-15 minute drive. Kancamagus Scenic Highway right down the road. Clark's Trading Post and Whales Tale Water Park all within a 5 min drive. Hiking, swimming, biking, fishing, leaf peeping, and all the White Mountains have to offer are waiting!

Thorough cleaning of entire unit to include all surfaces, EcoLab Sanitizing spray (Covid recommended for commercial use)after unit cleaning, and all touch surfaces wiped down again with commercial grade disinfectant wipes at end of this cleaning.
