Reception was very friendly and the location is excellent but breakfast let this hotel down completely. I had the cooked breakfast on both days and on neither day was it hot although the quality was fine. my wife ordered porridge from the special menu on both days and it was pretty poor. On the first day it was hot, but runny, and on the second day the first attempt was cold and powdery; it was sent back. The second attempt looked disgusting and was hard , the spoon stood up in it. She didn’t eat it and complaints to reception staff on check out were ignored. No refund offered, just platitudes. A shame and we don’t think we will stay there again.

Lovely staff made a family holiday very pleasurable for us and our 7 year old. Amazing pool and facilities kept the little one entertained for hours on end.

We had a lovely short break at this hotel and spa. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are great and the food being served up is really, very good. We booked in yesterday early and used the spa and pool area for a few hours until our room was ready to check into. Very clean throughout, very well presented and apart from the waitresses leaving us for 10 minutes while they disappeared out back together, I couldn’t fault anything else. We will visit again happily.

The grounds and rooms are all really well maintained, staff were all pleasant enough and the quality of food and drink was top notch. A great location with beautiful grounds and decent leisure facilities, what's not to like?

I’ve been visiting Park Farm Hotel & Leisure for about 35 years. It’s a 2 and half hour drive which I’ve done many a time just for lunch. On the many occasions when I’ve booked a 1 or 2 night stay has been nothing but sheer pleasure. There have been wonderful extensions and renovations to the the original house over the years resulting in a beautiful, luxurious well maintained hotel and spa. The housekeeping standards are 100%. The food which the dedicated chefs provide is made with local produce resulting in delicious, mouthwatering and beautifully presented dishes. From the moment you walk through the automatic doors the staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay memorable. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I always judge their standards on Park Farm. I highly recommend a visit and hope I can continue to make the journey for many years to come. May I add the grounds are lovely also.

Great location. Staff on front desk very helpful and. Restaurant staff also very helpful. All food was fabulous from the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grounds were very pretty and we had a garden view patio room which was very spacious and had a lovely spa bath and separate shower. The Imagine Spa was well kept. The pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi all operational during our stay. We would definitely return.

Overall very nice indeed and would definitely stay again. Food was delicious but service at breakfast and dinner a little disappointing and not very well organised. TV in our room should be bigger; no low level lighting in the bathroom meaning bright light shone onto the bed if the bathroom was used in the night. Also toilet seat not soft closing, looked cheap and could do with being replaced. Small complaints but relevant for a five star hotel.
