This beautiful stone villa is located in Pridraga, a quiet place 30 km away from Zadar and 5 km from Novigrad. Here you can enjoy the beautiful beaches that surround you, just 5 minutes by car from the villa.
This Mediterranean stone villa is built in a traditional way and decorated in a modern style. It is surrounded by a high stone wall and provides complete privacy. Right at the start, you will be welcomed by a spacious courtyard with a children’s playground and an outdoor barbecue with a covered dining area. There is also a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasol. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. In addition to the outdoor barbecue, villa Kamen also offers an indoor barbecue with a dining area. For entertainment, there is table football, table tennis, trampoline and a football field with a volleyball and badminton net. Another surprise awaits you on the balcony - Jacuzzi, dining area and a bar. There is also a private garden with home-grown vegetables that you can use whenever you want.
