It was an alright place. The staff was nice. My only complaint was the website said it offered a continental breakfast but it was just juice muffins and coffee. But at least it was somthing.

The overall 4 stars is because of the price. It was cheaper to go through Expedia than the hotel itself. It’s an old, dated hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious. The front desk guy was helpful and nice. Located right by grocery and other stores. And then the stuff that I didn’t love. There were hairs on the toilet… not from the head. Some weird goo like substance plastered on the wall next to the bed. It just wasn’t cleaned well. The bed was very firm. There were still covid protocols taped to the wall, ie: face coverings mandatory, stay at least 6 feet apart. The worst part was the fire alarm going off before 8am. Firemen showed up. No fire though. Because I’m cheap, I’d stay here again. I’ll bring cleaning wipes and my own pillows.

The staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean. The only issues we had were that the TV was haunted or something. We couldn't make it work and when it did it came on full volume. It also randomly turned itself off and back on again also at full volume. And the mini fridge wasn't working properly. Otherwise, a good stay.

Acorn Inn - Clean and comfortable

Staff was generally friendly.The 'continental breakfast' consisted of bagels/bread/muffins and coffee/juice was a bit disappointing. But the room was clean and the bed comfy for a 1-nite stay.

I wish there had been a hair dryer as most hotels provide for guests. There was no coffee in room and just a coffee pot downstairs. The coffee didn't look appealing and I don't know where the continental breakfast was. Maybe it was in the small fridge next to the coffee. The a/c in the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff were nice. I probably would pay more to stay somewhere else next time but the price was better and the location was convenient.
