This probably is a great getaway just to have some quiet and peace. If you need to just have a couple days and just unwind and sleep and rest it’s a great place to go.

Worst room ever!

Upon arrival there were 2 police cars in the lobby, then the clerk said they have rooms on 3 floors available and gave me the worst view in the place with a room above me with kids running around all night. Seemed like an extended stay low income living facility.

Looks nice from the outside, but the rooms...

I needed to use the bathroom when I arrived, so after I received the keys I went to the room. When I reached for the bathroom door, the handle came off. I had to carefully place the handle on the stud to open the bathroom door. I took the handle to the front desk, and was given a new room. In the 2nd room, a previous occupant had cooked something with a strong aroma, and the aroma was present throughout our 2 day stay (keeping the window open to try to air it out). This aroma would have been obvious to the cleaning staff, yet it had not been addressed.

Initially our first room was nice w/ a great waterfront view but the AC was making a noise, called the front desk, sent someone up and they said we could move rooms as they did not have a part for it. Second room was nice and had a great waterfront view

This is a very nice hotel to stay at and the rooms were very nice as well. The view of the docks and boats were very nice as well. The only thing was the breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting, only getting a hard boiled egg in a bag cold and coffee. I was hoping for a breakfast plate but that’s about it. Staff was nice and cooperative.

Got here a little late and there was no more double beds that I reserved. They provided two separate rooms but I had kids so I opted for a single bed and they were able to refund me a night. Great staff and customer service! Building and rooms are a bit older, but room was clean. Would stay again if needed.

Decent Stay

There was a stench that streamed through the hallway, and one within the room. The room smelled like protein powder. It was a bummer that the blinds didn’t keep light out very well. The beds were comfortable, but there was never anyone at the front desk the multiple times that we went when we needed to exchange towels or get dishes to utilize.
