Enjoy your next vacation by escaping to Gateway Grand 1501. This 15th floor luxury residence offers the Most Spectacular Panoramic Views of Ocean City, the Atlantic Ocean, and Assawoman Bay. All 4 Bedrooms have direct access to one of the two outdoor balconies. As magnificent as the views, the inside is as equally exquisite. A beautiful hand painted mural and decorator furnishings greet you upon entering. A full gourmet kitchen with an island and wine cooler are perfect for gathering at meals or enjoy meals around the dining room table. The Great Room is DEFINITELY the GREAT ROOM with its Breathtaking picturesque views inside and out. You will be So Delighted with this GORGEOUSLY decorated condo and all the upgrades which include custom automated blinds in the great room and owner suite, custom tile floors in the bedrooms, and a Lutron Lighting Control System. And, it doesn't stop there, the Luxurious Master Bedroom includes a soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and equipped with Smart Mirror TV's. Bed sizes include a King in the master bedroom, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a full size bed to occupy up to eight. The owner supplies sheets and towels for your stay and also use of their storage locker to store beach chairs. The Gateway Grand features indoor and outdoor pools, game room, fitness room and secure garage parking. 7 foot garage clearance.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off season.
