The hotel is very conveniently located, near Kokusai-dori shopping belt, plenty of food option nearby, staffs are extremely helpful and friendly, property still new, the only down side was that during our stay, the hotel breakfast was not available due to renovation work, am sure it will get better after it is done in June 2025

Location is good.

It is a good place to stay. Although there are full of tourist group. The staff handle it faster than our expectation. Very near to the city centre and monorail easy to reach. We would like to stay again. It would be better for us if they have laundry in our room.

It was one of the best hotel I have ever been to in terms of movie vs quality. It is located at the heart of downtown and all of the design in the room much so much sense and usefulness is 5stars. Not to mention the washroom is very well built and the water pressure was great! Highly recommend especially if you can get some discount from time to time. 5/5

3 nights stay at Hotel

The hotel was good in overall and they have the taxi calling service and they also helped to clean the room floor due to stickiness from the housekeeping. But even with humidifier being switched on the room condition still felt dry
