Everything was amazing! The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond for our birthday get away! The spa is also so delightful! Didn’t make it 5 stars just because the fire alarm got pulled 1 night and we had to evacuate the building. Turned out to be a false alarm. One of the staff told us it gets pulled often by random people when someone famous stays there. The next night they were training someone on security and they accidentally came over all the speakers in the hotel & rooms. We went for a relaxing stay and were completely on edge both nights due to these happening. Just keep in mind if you are going to fully relax lol.

Awesome hotel

First 2 days I got room service on the third day didn’t get it. Told the front desk and all they said is we are sorry. Excellent valet service helps with bags and brings car/truck around in decent time
