There was honest mistake made on the Expedia app and Expedia went out their way to fix it and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, there was $170 security fee that was not mentioned when I talked to the main lady at the office earlier in the week Needless to say I didn’t get to stay in my hotel room that I booked and paid for and they refused to do a refund so they wouldn’t make it right at all. This place is terrible.

Great hotel for the cost! Everything was excellent except for the airport shuttle service. Apparently, the shuttle starts at 8 am on the weekends and I needed to be at the airport before 8 am.
