Holiday Home 'Bela Vista Retreat - Margarida' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Algarve country side with beautiful sea views.



Bela Vista is more than just accommodation, its amazing sunsets, its nature, its birds singing, its happy guests, its beautiful sea and mountain views. Air conditioning is present in one bedroom.



There are 3 other houses in the property, two outdoor cats: Oscar & Kiki, a friendly dog: flora and a real community feel.



We have occasional events with few people and yoga classes.



The pool is shared with 2 small houses: a 4 bedroom house and a two bedroom house.

You will have access to the Pool, BBQ, gardens and laundry facilities



Due to the current circumstances I would like to re-assure you of the property and its layout:



1. There is lots of space, although some areas are shared (i.e Pool and BBQ house), we will ensure each house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and feel at ease! Each house has its own BBQ, table and chairs outside as well as sun beds.



2. There is lots of space around our garden & property, we have a forest of 4 hectars of cypress tress, carob trees and orange trees to name a few. This is country side so you can feel safe all year around!



3. you can enjoy the great outdoors, why not rent out cycles or our paddle boards? We recommend you pre book to avoid running out.



4. There is so much NATURE to ENJOY, our trees have so many beautiful birds, fruits, the beach is only a 5 min cycle and you can enjoy flamingos and many other birds there! There is also a cycle path through the nature reserve Ria formosa - 250 KM through the Algarve- where you can enjoy nature and cycle peacefully!



5. There are many beaches nearby including beautiful islands in the natural park Ria Formosa.



6. Internet is shared, but I have a 65GB Monthly portable internet I can provide to you if you need to work remotely! the internet is fast here :)



The Pool is SHARED with this house and two other houses, a two bedroom house and a four bedroom house. Parking is outside in the grounds where the house is located.



There is a beach at walking distance, but a really nice beach in Fuzeta, 10 min by car or 25 by bicycle, where there is also the island which is idyllic, crystal turquoise waters.

From Olhao pier you can get boats to Armona, Deserta, Culatra and Farol island. Olhao Pier is 10 min away by car or 20 min cycle

Praia do Barril is 20 min away, Praia da Fabrica, Praia de Faro and Cacela Velha are 35 min away



Other things to note:

We have a co-working space, currently just for residents. Usually 2 or 3 people use it. You are welcome to use anytime it and it has fast internet (30Mps) dedicated for co working.

There is a little dog in the property, please don't leave shoes around her as she likes to play.

Breakfast isn't provided as part of your stay, but if you like it can be provided under a fee

.

Please note that check in after 10PM has an additional charge.



If you need a bed for the baby we have options available, however you must let us know before as we share this between houses, so it may not be available if you dont pre-book, so please ensure you confirm with us before you book.
