Characterful but attractive property with all conveniences, close to shops, main street and all the charms of old town Olvera. Laundry room converted to summer lounge off the terrace, perfect for shade when the sun is too much, and containing fridge for your cold beers and daybed for comfort on lazy afternoons. Fully-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Tv, wifi, dvd's, books, games, puzzles to while away the hours on the terrace (when you're not admiring the view of the olive groves stretching away to the horizon). Master bedroom with double bed, hand-built wardrobes taking up a whole wall, views direct onto the terrace and landscape beyond. Second mezzanine with double bed and screen for privacy, so the property comfortably sleeps 4 people. Walk-in shower, air conditioning for coolness and heating. Please note that the steep stairs within this property mean it's not suitable for the very old, very young, or anyone with mobility issues.
