The room was very cute. Everything was fresh and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were kind. The breakfast was subpar - no fresh/warm foods, and bagels were dry. The bed was ok but the pillows were awful. The vent in the bathroom sounded like a freight train.

Everything was good until check-out time… I’m not the person to complain but this is unacceptable. I booked a late checkout and I Wana say 10-15 before checkout time, House keeping knocked on my door to leave. So I went to the front desk to ask why and they had no response. The day staff like the front desk and house-keeping were very rude and not welcoming. I the night staff were friendly and kind. I would stay here again regardless just something I want to say so people know.
