Great location. Room nice. Owners need to inventory there items . There was about 30 butter knives but only 6 spoons . 6 coffee pots. We were only given6 towels ,3 wash clothes , 1 hot pad . Management did bring more towels but I had to ask twice on text . Some dishes did look dirty, and dish washer was only half emptied. Freezer was froze up when we arrived. But I think house keeping didn’t close it all the way . I was able to fix it . Some mold in shower handles . Just needs some tlc on old fixtures.

Amazing Beach View

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the suite was spacious and in a great location. We had issues getting inside the property, the code to the door did not work, we had to continue to call the 800 number to get inside. The place could have been cleaned better, the carpet needs to be replaced.

Overall, It was Great!

The condo was beautiful! I loved the decor and the view was great. We had a few issues with the refrigerator, the freezer wouldn’t open all the way and got stuck a few times. We also saw bugs in the kitchen. They did spray during our stay so hopefully that will help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Disappointed, 7 people for 6 days. Asked for more trash bags (2 provided) paper towels (1 provided) 2 small soap bars provided each bathroom; had to give 1 toilet paper roll to family members. Called and told have to buy more to replenish. We paid a lot of money and expected better service than this. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

The stay was great and the location to all attractions was super. In the master bedroom and the kitchen we seen tiny little roaches (about 3-4). It was many but wanted to share to get an exterminator. Thanks for a great stay and would choose again.

Very Nice Condo

Beautiful condo with lovely views. It’s a little bit of a hike unloading the car but well worth it once you’re done. Very private! No complaints, everything worked & beds were comfy. Nicely set up in the living room to gather & watch TV or chat. If you like elephants, this would be your place! I loved the decorations. Highly recommend.

Beach fun

We love this resort! The location is right across the road from one of the state park trail heads. The pool is heated so our grandchildren could enjoy a swim even when the weather was cool. Units are clean and well equipped with everything you really need. We hope to be back soon.

Great stay, communication could be better

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again. We did have some trouble checking in because we couldn’t find the code to register our car on the text message instructions or in the app. I tried calling the property manager but never got in touch with anyone. I finally found the code in an email, and later noticed it is printed on the instructions hanging on the fridge. I also noticed that some of the dishes could’ve been just a bit cleaner, but overall it was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay here again

The worst experience ever. Dirty dishes, broken equipment. Rental agency “accidentally locked us out on Sunday for 7 hours!! No one would lift a finger to help. All and all DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was just as described. Very clean with lots of room. Beds were comfy and the views were gorgeous. Loved that it had a washer and dryer combo. Heated pools with well maintained landscape. Stairwell located close to door for quick access to the beach. We would stay here again!

Family trip

Our stay was enjoyable. The only thing we saw that needed to be brought to your attention was when we were packing to get ready to check out. My daughter looked under the bed to make sure nothing was being left and pulled out a bloody towel. Orher than that you couldn't ask for a cleaner place to stay.

Great condo

Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Rooms were good sided especially the master bedroom. Great views and easy access to beach. In unit washer/dryer was handy. Needs a better supply of laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags. Downside, there aren't many amenities such as bars, restaurants or shopping within a short walking distance from the unit and Uber isn't very reliable. Plenty of stuff if you have a car.

Unit needs attention

Palm Beach Resort has always been an amazing experience. Great location and atmosphere! Our stay this time was quite different. The unit had some issues that need attention for the amount of money that is charged to be there. Some of the issues: two beds in one bedroom were broken, the master bath shower door was broken - it would not shut completely and water leaked with every shower, the tile in the hallway was loose, the main door did not shut properly, there was a hole in the wall behind the main door, the blinds covering the sliding glass door were broken and wouldn't close, the microwave and oven lights were broken, the burners on the stove were loose, the icemaker did not produce enough ice for a family of 5, the drawer in the freezer won't open completely. The decor needs to be updated.
