Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living area or main bedroom or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair.

Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants, along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. With indoor and outdoor seating and a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers, and fries.

The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items, from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
