Each bedroom has a Smart TV for guests to connect to your streaming services. Additional Televisions are in the Main Living Area and Loft space as well as the downstairs master all benefit from a Cable Box and TV package.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 25s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.

You could walk to the first tee from this home to of one of 3 outstanding golf courses in Champions Gate.

Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, even beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate offers year-round first class resort amenities at The Oasis Club to give guests of this home, at no extra cost, and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.

No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river.

Linens included of course, as are towels. Starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise.

Large Washer and Dryer available in the home for guest use.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

Optional pool heat is available for an initial $200 plus tax which includes up to the first 5 days of heating plus $40 per day plus tax for additional days after this. Once activated pool heat must be paid for the entire stay. Because of the nature of pool heating and sensitive equipment, on very rare occasion free hot tub heat might be temporarily unavailable. If the system is found not to be working for 24 hours or more, then a credit of no more than $15 per day will be given against this free service. Or in the event pool heating was paid for and was not working then up to $40 plus tax per 24 hours (the amount paid). Pool heating efficiency can vary significantly according to the ambient temperature and a heated pool will never feel ‘hot’ to enter. Refunds aren’t available where heat is impacted by cold temperatues. Contact us for more information on how this works!


Where pool heat is booked and paid for within 24 of booking or at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional fee to activate the heater activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply to enable someone to attend the home to turn it on. .

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ID selfie, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Where a credit card has been used for payment, we will require verification that the car holder and primary booker IDs match.

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and any guests aged over 14 staying or visiting the home must be named on the rental agreement.
