The Pandorian Retreat (9 bedrooms/5 baths/sleeps 22) is an oasis where you’ll find magic around every corner! Your group will make memories that will last a lifetime. From a selfie wall, to a Super Mario themed game room, to your own pool and spa, to themed bedrooms; you’ve never seen a house like this before!! The Avatar room will transport you to Pandora and the Super Mario Bros game room will be a hit with all fans-old and new! All this at a fraction of the cost of a typical hotel for 22 people!
THE HOUSE
*AMAZING Avatar themed bedroom! You won't believe your eyes when you open the doors and transport to Pandora! This bedroom sleeps 6 in the custom tree of life bed! This is truly a one of a kind experience that your family and friends won't soon forget!
*Super Mario themed, air-conditioned game room with ping pong, foosball, Pop-A-Shot, arcade games, Nintendo Switch, 85 inch TV, board games and more. Your kids (and adults!) will love this, especially after seeing the new Super Mario Bros. movie!!
*A selfie wall--the perfect backdrop for those group photos (or selfies!)
*Tinkerbell's trail of pixie dust can be seen on the walls in the lanai--but only at night!
*Private pool and spa in the screened lanai with child safety fence (pool heat additional $35/day)
*Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essential pots, pans, and utensils for cooking and baking, including an air fryer and crock pot!

*Guest must notify host at least 48 hours prior to stay if they would like the pool heated. Pool heat is $35/day and is recommended November-April/May.

The Retreat at Champions Gate with access to:
-The Oasis Club (lazy river, waterslide, jacuzzi, splash zone, restaurant, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, movie theatre, sand volleyball courts, etc.).

-Two Greg Norman designed championship 18 hole golf courses. Staying at our home grants you access to the courses (fees apply to play golf).

Maria was a great host. The pictures did the house no justice the house was beautiful clean, and comfortable. Me and my family had an amazing time the neighbors were so friendly we tried different foods with them. My kids didn’t want to leave. Maria was very responsive answering all questions. The house was very well kept and comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed the stay. Maria was a great host too! She was messaging us to make sure everything was going good and if we needed anything. Not many hosts do that. We all loved the pool and the game room. I would highly recommend to anyone on renting this house and we definitely plan on renting from Maria again!!

Immerse yourself into another world!

This property was just as described, Our family decided to do a staycay. But I wanted something a little different and unique. This Property definitely stepped up to the plate! For a much needed vacation . My husband and I work super hard and needed a relaxing quiet environment along with entertainment for the kids which all of our needs were properly met. The property was clean and well put together. My entire family enjoyed the Super Mario Themed Game Room and The Avatar Themed Room!!!! The Avatar room is truly an immersive atmosphere which seemingly teleports you from Central Florida right into Pandora! The property manager was super sweet and prompt anytime I reached out to her she responded quickly! Check-in was smooth and painless. I loved the process and am looking forward to booking my next weekend getaway in the summer!

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing. All the kids loved the mario room including the 1.5 year old. The avatar room was awesome. The pool was nice and well kept. The host is amazing and was super responsive to all questions we had. We will definitely be renting again in the future!

A wonderful memory

This gathering came up out of nowhere. We had plans to visit some family, and the week we were arriving I found out some close friends and family wanted to see us as well. We did not have enough time to split with everyone, so I thought to look for a place to host all. From the moment we arrived at the house it was all excitement, both kids and adults were happily surprised with the comfort, style and amenities of this home. Having access to the Oasis club was a plus and it was enjoyed by everyone. We got nothing but laughs and great moments created here. Our family and friends want to do it again!n Thank you for allowing us into your home and share an amazing time!

MAGIC's Family Reunion

The home is very spacious and well-kept. The check-in process was easy. My only issue with the property was the guards at the front gate. My daughter lives in Altamonte Springs, Florida, so she came to visit us at the property. We were having a family dinner and she was bringing part of the dinner, but could not get in the gate. She sat there for over an hour while I tried to contact the Property Management Company to get permission for her to visit. I ended up having to drive to the gate to get the food, but she and my granddaughter had to leave. Ridiculous! Since Championsgate has owners that rent their homes, a better system should be in place for people visiting. Thank you!

Spacious and Fun

Property is as pictured and described. Our family reunion consisting of 20 was a complete success. We enjoyed every part of the home from the game room to the private pool. The Oasis Clubhouse was a highlight. We would definitely recommend and return in the future.

We had six children 4-8 years old and they loved it. A game room they could play in and the pool was perfect for them. It was their first swim of the year so that might have played a part? I would recommend this property.

Our recent stay

This house was absolutely perfect. Our 9 year old was in heaven with the game room and pool. We will be back again. He gave it two thumbs up as did we. The owner was really helpful too.
