I really enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel Orlando. The hotel is very clean, with modern and high-quality finishes throughout the property. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth. Another great plus is the location — it’s very close to Disney Springs — and the free parking is definitely a bonus. The only downside for me was that breakfast is not included and is sold separately at the restaurant. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The bathroom had hair from previous guests stuck to the shower wall, and on the sliding door. I advised the staff and asked for it to be cleaned, it never got cleaned. Restaurant (breakfast) was not very pleasant. Food was never enough, the people didn’t speak English and “strangely” they place a zero check on the table asking for tip. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels in my life all over the world, this is the first time I see tip being requested for a breakfast that not even complimentary, it was paid for by me. Aside from that, the front desk staff were pleasant. But the worst, were the ones from the restaurant. They just assumed I spoke Spanish and would address me in Spanish. I really didn’t like that at all. I have been to better AC hotels.

The room was clean, spacious, and tidy. Maid services was overlooked, not performed on one occasion but a call to rye front desk resolved that matter. The Bar tendsrs Diego and Brian are 2 if your best employees....frint desk staff were also very good. What i liked less about the property was its meal service, bar menu is horrible...breakfast is less than average, but the qualitu if the coffee at breakfast was great...overall the experience was average... bartenders were excellent...they worked had to make the guest happy.
