This was the worst experience I have had in all my travels.
There was no internet access for an entire week. The hotel informed us it was “under repair,” but no clear timeline was provided. We stayed for 9 days, and internet service was never restored during our stay.
At check-in, we were given only one towel despite being two guests. I had to request an additional towel, and I also had to ask for a blanket because none was provided in the room.
Additionally, there was no room service or housekeeping. We later found out that guests are required to notify the front desk if they want their room cleaned, trash removed, towels or sheets changed, or toiletries refilled. This policy was never communicated to us at check-in.
As a result, we had to buy our own soap, shampoo, and garbage bags, take out our own trash, and reuse the same towels for over a week.
The pool was out of service and completely empty during our stay. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. There were also no outdoor areas or seating available to relax or spend time outside.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
