Clubhouse Access Key / Amenity Pass Notice



Guests are provided with a clubhouse access key/amenity pass for use during their stay. This key grants access to the community amenities and must be kept in a safe place at all times.



⚠️ Important:

• The clubhouse access key/pass is the property of the community and is not transferable.

• Please return the key/pass to its designated location before check-out.

• Lost, damaged, stolen, or unreturned keys/passes will result in a $75 replacement fee, which will be charged to the reservation.

• Any additional fees assessed by the HOA for replacement or reprogramming may also be passed on to the guest.

- Housekeeping:The unit is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

- Self-Catering: Initial welcome amenities are provided, but guests are responsible for their own supplies after the first use.

- Extra Charges: Additional fees may apply for specific services requested and potential damages (e.g., clogged toilet, smoking, pet non authorized).

- During Florida’s peak summer season, the warm and humid climate leads to naturally higher insect activity. We maintain a strict, professional pest control schedule and take all possible preventive measures; however, it is impossible to fully eliminate insects in this environment. Occasional sightings of ants, flies, or other small insects can happen and are considered a normal part of Florida’s natural wildlife. Guests booking during this time should be aware of this seasonal factor before making a reservation, as it is a well-known and unavoidable aspect of visiting Florida in the summer.
