Great stay

Nice hotel for what we needed. We spent just one night at the hotel and it was clean, quiet, and offered free breakfast in the morning. The staff was super nice and check in was really easy.

The staff Dhruv and Julian were amazing! We have stayed at this property sporatically over the course of a year. This visit was probably our third. Dhruv recognize us when we checked in afyer months of not being at the hotel. Since our last visit, the hotel has gone down in cleanliness and amenities. The room had a stromg odor of humidity when we checked in, it was clean and the bed were extremely comfortable. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer and the game room is no longer there. We had NO hot water in our room, we let front desk know the morning after our first night, they stated they sent someone to check it out. However, it never got fixed and we spent the next two days showering in colder than lukewarm water. The buffet has good options just long lines due to them not having e ough pancake machine or toasters. Eggs are carton eggs and mainly sausage, biscuits and gravy. Overall the hotel is a nice budget hotel if youre staying close to Disney, but if you look around and looking tonstay closer to universal studios, you might find a little something better for the price.

Not what Best Western is about. This one was bad.

It was one of worst experience. The manager was never there in the mornings. There are roaches in the property and a horrible smell coming out of the bathroom. The staff were nice but the premises need attention.

there was absolutely no hot water. no hot water for a shower and the hot tub was not hot at all. more like a cold tub. and i mainly picked this hotel for the hot tub. i sadly will not be coming back.

The host, when I was checking in, was fantastic! I had requested an early check-in and the day before checking it I was told there is an extra charge. BS!!! I had requested the top floor and verified the day before and they had to do the change to that also. Usually BW is very good, cannot say this one was that way. But again the check-in host, he was great!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, front desk was courteous and very helpful. The location is decent and they have a great breakfast bar in the morning. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

A Welcoming Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups

When I walked into the hotel, I could feel the welcoming atmosphere. The staff member was very friendly, and she made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The room had standard cable tv. One of the highlights of this hotel was the hot breakfast. The spread was delicious and more than enough to start the day right. Scrambled eggs, fresh pancakes made from a machine. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Also, for those who like to stay active, the fitness room is open 24/7. Now, on to the things that weren’t quite as perfect. There is a refundable $75 fee, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site, and I also had to deal with some extra tax fees that weren’t listed upfront. The bathroom door of our room was tricky to lock, and the toilet was a bit on the low side. I had to pull our room door extra hard to get it to lock when leaving. Not a major inconvenience, but worth noting. Additionally, the lamp on the table had a bit of rust on it, which was a little surprising given how otherwise clean and well-kept everything else was. All things considered, these were just minor inconveniences that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent amenities far outweigh these small hiccups. If I ever return to the area, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.
