I recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room overall cleanliness throughout my stay was below expectations. Housekeeping was inconsistent — on one occasion, my room was not serviced at all, and by the third day I had to personally go to the front desk to request that it be cleaned. In addition, the property itself appears outdated and in need of remodeling. The overall condition does not reflect what I expected

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and during our stay. The room was clean, but small. The bathroom definitely had room for improvement-there was no exhaust fan and the door was hung so out of plumb it was nearly impossible to get it to stay open unless something was used as a doorstop. The showerhead lacked pressure and the water never got as hot as I like for a shower, but it was bearable. The included breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent, and in my opinion, should have opened at least by 6:30AM instead of 7 (there was always a line of people waiting for it to start).

Deceptive booking tactics that lock you into booking with no changes allowed even though we gave them 48 hours notice we were checking out early due to weather. Room was in a state of disrepair, bathroom door didn't latch, shoddy repair job of the tub, ripped carpet, no cord on the phone to call the front desk, no cot in the entire hotel, bad black out blinds and ancient elevators. Didn't try the breakfast which only went for a 2 hour window. Management refused to refund our final night that we didn't need. Some front desk staff were kind, one was ignorant and rude. Definitely not worth the inflated rates to be close to Disney. Just book a Disney resort!
