Bloomingdale Villa is a generous single story home with its own private pool and games room, located in the popular Hampton Lakes community.

The villa benefits from a spacious and nicely furnished open plan living area. The villa boasts four good sized bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with new Serta mattress, walk-in closet plus its own ensuite. The villa is very well equipped with TVs in every bedroom - cable TV and high speed 1 Gig internet included.

The living / dining room leads through to the open plan kitchen with breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner.

Chill out in family room with large screen TV and cable services. Sliding doors lead from the family out to the pool. The pool has sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The games room is outstanding. Challenge the kids with a choice of pool, air hockey, darts. A great way to wind down at the end of the day!

Keep in touch with free internet access. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

Hampton Lakes is conveniently situated close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways around it. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Hampton Lakes is just off Hwy 27 and is located well for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive to the south. The nearby Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
