The Main Living Area sits at the back of the home with views of the stunning pool deck, with modern floor tiles and stylish décor, it features a large corner sofa and big-screen TV, making it the ideal spot for families to relax and spend time together. Open plan with the kitchen and dining area, it’s a bright and social space where everyone can cook, dine, and unwind all in one place.

Family Room (downstairs)- There is also an additional family room just off the open-plan living area, designed as the ultimate spot for relaxation and entertainment. It features a large screen TV—perfect for family film night or catching the latest sports game. The Avengers and Disney wall art adds a playful, family-friendly touch, making it a fun retreat for both kids and adults to enjoy their favourite films together.

The Dining Area sits at the heart of the open-plan living space, positioned between the kitchen and main living area at the back of the home. With a large table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests, it’s the perfect spot for gathering everyone together. The Games Room is a fantastic bonus for guests, providing plenty of entertainment for both adults and children. There’s also a comfortable corner sofa set, creating the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and make the most of the warm Florida evenings. This spacious deck has been designed with both fun and relaxation in mind, making it a true centrepiece of the home.

The bedrooms carry through the same sense of style and comfort found throughout the home. Each one has been thoughtfully designed to provide a restful escape, offering a cozy and private retreat where you can unwind and recharge after a fun-filled day.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) King Suite with Flat Screen TV that is beautifully decorated with En-suite facilities of a vanity unit with separate shower.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) King Suite situated at the rear of the home overlooking the pool. This room has a luxury King Size bed, Flat Screen TV and En-suite facilities of a bath and separate shower and a double vanity unit.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) Twin/Full Room positioned at the rear of the home with views over the pool. Furnished with a twin bed and a full-size bed, it’s an ideal space for siblings or friends to share. Features include a Flat-Screen TV and access to a shared Jack & Jill style En-suite with Bedroom 4. The bathroom offers a shower and a double vanity unit.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) this room has a full size bed. Features include a Flat-Screen TV and access to a shared Jack & Jill style En-suite with Bedroom 3. The bathroom offers a shower and a double vanity unit.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Twin/Full Bunk Bedroom is furnished with a full bed at the bottom with twin sized bed on top, this room also features a Flat Screen TV and is decorated in a Mickey Mouse design.

Bedroom 6 (upstairs) Located off the Family Room is a King suite. This room has a luxury King Size bed, Flat Screen TV and En-suite facilities of a shower and a single vanity unit

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
