This location is decorated nicely and the layout works; however, my family and I had several issues prior to our stay and during our stay. We did not receive check-in info. until 22 minutes prior to our check-in time. This is not an acceptable nor preferred amount of time given prior to a check-in. I contacted VRBO several times prior to & during our stay due to not being able to get in touch with the host. VRBO experienced the same issue several times as well.•Landscaping needs upkeep•Bugs & more bugs (no bed bugs)•Ant infestation in bathroom-unusable•Sheets unwashed prior to stay•Poor communication via host•No instruction regarding trash pickup •Master bathroom shower plumbing incorrect (hot is cold, cold is hot)•Cleanliness of pool (dirt & debris throughout)•Pots & pans need replacing•No alarm on door leading to pool•Cameras on property & in pool area•Appears clean but needs cleaning•Appliances work well & clean•Mattresses & sheets appear newer•Quiet areaOverall, the host has poor communication and the time between messages sent and messages responded to is too long. The below cabinet spaces in both bathrooms and some in the kitchen need to be refurnished. The property needs to be sprayed for bugs & lawn area needs maintaining. The pool area and interior of the pool should be maintained better. The plumbing needs to be fixed in the master bathroom. The cameras on the property need to be listed in the listing, pool camera is concerning & uncomfortable.
Pool was dirty throughout with dirt and debris. Bottom of pool had not been cleaned prior to our stay.
Camera in pool area aimed towards the entirety of the pool and only aimed towards one out of the two pool doors.

Pool was very cold and needs a good cleaning on bottom. A lot of cracks in foundation and bugs in house. We wound up buying Lysol wipes to constantly wipe down counters. Smell in refrigerator but was empty. Loud area.

The home was very clean. The Mickey Kiddie room stood out and it allowed our grandson to continue to learn how to sleep in "his own room". It allowed Our daughter and son- law to get some good rest. The full kitchen allowed for making a hot breakfast before heading out to the day's activities. The Pool was beautiful. The 3 bedrooms 2 baths allowed for everyone to have their own space, to come with the children, nanny or granny. Definitely a great vacation set up.
