We got an accesible room we tried check in at 10:30 am they did not let us and did not assignee room until we came back after walt disney world they gave us the most far away room a handicap room which shower did not work correctly the front desk employee were not friendly specially the night shift the worst they offer shutle to the park which you have to wait over an hour to actually get one overall not a great experience its more like a 2 star hotel

We had a wonderful stay here ! We are from Canada and our cards weren't working as it was it was our first time using them in States. The manager went above and beyond to help up to make sure we were in our room, he tried every option and after a very stressful moment he got it work. I am so beyond grateful for his help so we could make our first Disney trip possible. We had a great stay here the kids loved the pool with the dump bucket. Service was amazing. Thank you again !

Overall our stay was ok, the property could use some updates, it still has popcorn ceilings and some places had stains. Also there were clothes left in the drawer that were not cleaned out from the previous occupants, so I felt they could have done a better job of checking and cleaning the room before we got there. My 5 year opened the drawer and there was stool clothes and underwear in it, Iā€™m just glad she didnā€™t touch it. The first room we checked it, the door to the patio would not open so they switched us to another room with no problem. Lastly watch out for the almost $40 a day in hidden parking fees if you park a car on site. It was conveniently located near everything so it worked out good.

The room was comfortable but the breakfast was carryover food from the previous day, cold and stale tasting. We had to go to iHOP and have breakfast there. The Destination fee was a rip-off.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE

First of all, the "suite" we were given is in a motel portion of the complex, which isn't clear in the pictures, it's terrible. Then if you want to speak to the front desk agent, you have to line up for a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to them! There's also people lined up just to buy snacks! On the second day, there was no water - couldn't use the toilet or the taps. I was told it would be back on in 30 mins (this was in the AM). So we waited ALL DAY, went for dinner, when we returned STILL NO WATER. I went to the front desk, there I overheard a different front desk agent telling another guest that it would be back on in 30 mins (as though it was a NEW problem). I said, no you told me that 6 hours ago, this needs to be fixed or I want to be moved to another hotel and I am not paying for this room. It came back on about 30 mins later. The GM, Sarah Preston left me a message, I missed the call but left two messages for her and never got a return call. They charged us full price despite not having water or being able to use the toilet for an entire day. This place is awful. It's beneath Marriott standards to have this hotel. We should have been put in another hotel and compensated for the inconvenience in some manner. Terrible hotel. Don't stay here. As well, the rooms are SO dark, there is just little lamps and light strips to light the rooms - no overhead lights.

The hotel is nice for a weekend getaway and I love that you have to use your key to get into the building. The only thing I dislike is the extra fees for amenities that I never use.

I booked this Courtyard because it didnā€™t show a parking fee like the one across the highway at the outlet mall. But checked in and had to pay a $25 parking fee. I would have booked the other Courtyard if I knew that. Not sure why it wasnā€™t included in pricing when I booked.

We've stayed at this hotel on and off over the past 20 years. Its a great location for the parks with the added bonus of a shuttle bus. Rooms have been updated and there is now a massive water structure in the middle of the hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Bisto is now a great asset with a great range of food and drinks.
