Ylellinen huvilamme sijaitsee Kissimmee-järven Berkley Resortin rauhallisella erillisalueella. Tämä aidatulla ja turvallisella tavalla varustettu vartija 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Huvila on yksikerroksinen ja siinä on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja oma uima-allas ja spa, ja siitä on näkymä pienelle järvelle takana. Kaasugrilli / BBQ on saatavana ilmaiseksi vieraille. Tenniskenttä (ilmainen lomailijoille) on 50 metrin päässä kodistamme. Huvilassa on saatavana neljä tennismailaa ja useita palloja. Huvila on täysin ilmastoitu, sisustus ja kalustus korkeimmalle tasolle, ja siinä on paljon viimeisimpiä päivityksiä, kuten: uudet sängyt ja makuuhuoneen kalusteet sekä kaikki kylpyhuoneet täysin mallinnetut. Huvilassa on muodollinen ruokasali ja ruokailutila sekä aamiaisbaari. Keittiössä on iso sähköuuni ja liesi, mikroaaltouuni, iso jääkaappipakastin, astianpesukone ja jätehuoltoyksikkö. Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa, joissa on 40 tuuman HD-televisio, jossa Roku-suoratoistokeppi ja blue ray -soitin. Televisioita, joissa on Roku-suoratoistokepit, on saatavana myös pää- ja toisessa päämakuuhuoneessa.
Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode kylpyhuoneella ja TV: llä ja 'hotellityyppinen' tallelokero, joka on riittävän suuri kannettavan tietokoneen majoittamiseen. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä sänkyä; viereisellä kylpyhuoneella. Neljän hengen makuuhuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone ja TV.

Great getaway! The house is in a fantastic location within a quiet, gated community, making it very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was easy and responsive, the home was very clean, and there was plenty of space. We appreciated the many amenities provided, including dishes, towels, and a wonderful rain shower, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was terrific! The only thing I would improve is the pool seating. We loved using the table outside for eating and playing cards… overall it was great and so easy! Denise was so easy to deal with - it was perfect for us - we would return!

I can’t give anything but 5/5 for everything for this villa. The location was perfect - close enough to anything you would want to do in Kissimmee and Orlando, but in a quiet private gated community which made us feel like a local which is what we love when in Florida. The instructions provided beforehand made check in a breeze too. The property was perfect, it was a family vacation with three generations under one roof but we all felt we had our own space. The pool and the view was great we could float around watching the birds and lizards and we even saw the resident alligator a few times Communicating with Denise and Ian both before and during was super easy and they were so accommodating when we requested a late check out the day before. All in all, perfect home, perfect hosts, perfect stay :)

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the villa, it had much more than we expected it was very clean with complimentary items. We paid a little extra for the pool to be heated it was worth every penny felt like stepping into a warm bath, the pool guy made regular visits to add chemicals and top up. Although Jana was available whenever we needed her we didn’t bother her as we had no issues. Walmart wasn’t far so made shopping easy for us. We didn’t need towels for the pool they were already at hand. The beds were so comfortable and very clean we can’t wait to return next year it’s the best place we have ever stayed the pool overlooks a beautiful lake it was so peaceful and quiet well recommended Thankyou so much Ian and Denise for a wonderful stay it was so emotional when we were leaving Thankyou once again Christine and Della from Halifax, England

A really pleasant stay at this amazing villa.This really is a fantastic villa to stay at, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.The bedrooms are extremely clean and tidy, there is plenty of fresh towels available.The garage is huge and has a washer and dryer which is great for doing laundry.The pool area is something else, it has excellent privacy with the surrounding trees and shrubbery, there is also a BBQ equipped with all utensiles in the kitchen.The wildlife around us was brilliant, plenty of animals to see, we really enjoyed the ducks who visited most days.Overall I cannot find fault with this villa or host, it really was a perfect stay and we are already planning to return.

A must book!

We have just returned from a holiday at this property as a family of 8 (mixed age ranges, youngest being 6). This property is simply perfect, it’s clean, spacious, has everything you could need and a lovely pool with a fantastic view.When we initially booked we were concerned that with the pool being North facing we wouldn’t get any sun at the back of the property, however, we needn’t have worried as the sun was there most of the day and only started to disappear at about 7pm (April stay). There is also lots of wildlife around the pond which my children particularly enjoyed watching every day (even naming the ducks!).The villa is situated in a lovely gated community and is very close to all the main parks and attractions in the area, making it an ideal location. The local Walmart is also just down the road which is useful. Denise was a fantastic host, very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any messages or queries we had. I really can’t recommend this villa anymore, it’s become our firm favourite and we’ll definitely book again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was incredibly clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed from kitchen items, coolers, pool, washer/dryer, etc. The only suggestion we have would be to add pickle ball paddles. Excellent communication!

Wonderful, clean villa, in excellent location.

This was my tenth stay in Florida and this was by far the best location we have stayed. It was short dives to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It was my parents, my husband and I, and our three children (8, 5, 5) who stayed at this villa. This villa was in great condition and very clean! The host was fantastic and checked in during our vacation to make sure everything was going well. The pool was very clean, and was taken care of during our stay. We had everything we needed and more to have a great vacation. The wildlife around the property was interesting to watch and the resort itself had a nice pool and splash pad for the kids. The use of a bbq was also great to have!I would recommend this vacation rental for all of the above reasons. My father and husband did miss having a games room to spend time in, in the evening, but they both agreed that the positives of the property made up for the lack of games room. We had an excellent stay and would 100% recommend !!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as promised! Pleanty of room for a family of 5 and the pool (we did pay to have it heated sine the nights are still cool this time of year) was enjoyed by everyone. We loved the area that had lots of walking paths and playgrounds for the children, I found the communication with the owner to be quick and efficient. We can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay

Denise’s home was perfect for us. The location was great for all the comings and goings each day. We enjoyed using the tennis court out the back door, we went on runs through the gated neighborhood, and we used the pool and spa multiple times a day! The home was clean and very easy to check in. Denise was very helpful and attentive! We loved having the kitchen so we could prepare our own food for some of the meals. Walmart and Aldi are just 2-4 minutes drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

The upgrades to the bathrooms are nicely done. The house and pool were very clean. The beds are comfortable. The owners are very nice and considerate. The property manager was very nice, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would differently rent this home again.

Property is in an amazing location, proximity to shops and parks is really ideal. Communication with Denise was so easy, constant updates from booking through to the holiday. The property itself is exactly as advertised, large enough to cater for more than the 4 of us, cleanliness was excellent, place was spotless when we arrived. Facilities inside the villa were excellent, everything you needed to make for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this property, should we be returning to Florida I know where we will be booking.

Perfect villa - highly recommend - Will be staying again!

This is a perfect villa in a fantastic location - Disney and universal very quick and easy to get to and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Villa truly lived up to our expectations after reading previous excellent reviews, very clean and all amenities very good. The pool with the lake view is wonderful. Welcome pack very clear. All contact with host prior to stay was excellent. During our stay we were hit with hurricane Milton and both the host Denise and property manager, Jana were fantastic. Jana got the villa prepared fully for the hurricane whilst also leaving us guidance and Denise stayed in regular contact and shared any guidance/advice she received as a home owner which was very helpful - we felt very supported by them during this time and were very lucky to have had no damage from the hurricane. We are already planning on staying at this villa for our next visit and honestly couldn’t recommend it any higher!

Awesome FL house

We loved the pool at this house! The house suited our family perfectly with the rooms, large comfy couch and very nice bathrooms. The pool sits in a quiet space so that the kiddos could enjoy watching ducks while swimming. The kitchen was suited with everything we needed to cook & enjoy our meals. Denise made effort to reach out and make sure I was good with the rental. She communicated with me very easily and we had no major issues, at all. We would gladly stay here, again! It helped make our stay wonderful.

The first half of the week I brought my husband and seven year-old to explore Disney World the second half of the week my family left and coworkers joined me for a work conference. This location was close to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and the host always responded and was very helpful. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing stay!

Second time staying at this beautiful property, first time in 2016 and a returned trip to the newly renovated property with absolutely stunning bathrooms. Beds are extremely comfortable, villa is very spacious and allowed room for my daughter to run around, she also loved the toys that the villa had (magnatiles). The pool was absolutely amazing, first pool in a villa we actually felt was heated as usually some villas pools tend to still feel cold. Denise is very attentive and quick with responding from the original quote right through to during our stay, amazing host! . Very sad to be home now, just need to look forward to the next stay as this will definitely not be our last!
