The ground floor opens into a connected living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy togetherness. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need to put a proper meal together. A half bath on this level adds convenience, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected. Sliding doors open directly onto the screened patio where your private pool overlooks the community lake - a genuinely peaceful spot for morning coffee or a quiet wind-down after a full day at the parks.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, three bedrooms offer a calm retreat from the day. The master suite holds a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and lake views that make waking up feel worthwhile. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom, and one is set up with younger guests in mind. Across all six beds the home sleeps up to eight guests comfortably.

Good to know

The home is accessed via smart lock for self check-in. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. To start you off, the home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you will likely need to replenish supplies. Trash cans are provided; additional bags may be needed.
