Cold pool in villa.

We paid to have the pool heated. $20/day. The first day it was not on so we waited until it warmed up the second day. The 3rd day it was great. The rest of the time we kept being told it was on. Never did we feel warm water coming out and it never got over 77 after sun all day. The heat was supposed to be on 12 hrs a day. This made a huge impact on our stay. Thats why we rented a villa with a pool to begin with. Very disappointed and I was only refunded for the first 2 days when they forgot to turn it on. The villa and grounds were nice. Housekeeping needs some work.
