Experience was lower than expected

We stayed here with four friend families while going to Disney and children ranging from ages 4-10. We had high hopes for the home based off of the reviews and photos. While the communication with the host was great, the home itself was not in the best shape. We had an issue with a rodent stooling on the patio every morning- we never left any garbage on the patio overnight. The host was attentive in trying to fix the problem- however, every morning we had to sweep the patio to rid it of stool prior to our children going to use the pool and outdoor space. The previous guests had broken glass around the patio table, and two of us ended up with glass in our feet. Most of the sinks and showers had mold. Many of the mattresses were sunken in/lopsided. With that being said, the size of the house is great. We had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the Mario bunk room and princess room as well as the game room in the garage. The hosts did what they could to improve our issues, however I think there are just some updates/fixes that need to be completed to return this property to it's five star rating.

Great place to vacation with family

Our rental worked very well for a family of 17, ages 2-72. Lots of bedrooms to fit our group. Kitchen well supplied with plates, glasses, flatware. Loved the pool and hot tub. Space for our group to gather and share meals. Grill worked well. Game room with massage chairs was popular. The younger kids loved the bunk bed room and there was a crib for the 2 year old. Happy with our stay! Thank you!

Great Stay for a Large Group!

We had a great time staying at this property with our big group—9 adults, 5 kids, and 2 toddlers. The house was clean, and the kids especially loved the pool! The property managers were fantastic—very responsive and helpful. We had a little trouble getting in at first, but they sorted it out right away.The location was decent, about 40 minutes from Disney. The houses are pretty close to one another so we did notice some noise in the evenings from our neighbors. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.Overall, it was a great place for a family spring break trip, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

It was a great location with a great neighborhood and amenities both with the clubhouse and the house we stayed at. A little difficulty with the security gate and the names with communication with the host but rectified quickly. Stani is amazing with quick replies and to make us feel warmed and welcome.

It was absolutely amazing. The owners were very quick to respond to every question or problem. They were very polite. Stani was an absolute gem. I will definitely stay there again. It has all the comforts of home even has good quality pots and pans as well as silverware.. Everything was as expected and also exceeded my expectations. We all loved it there .

Overall great stay!

We had a family of 14 with several generations. There was a little bit of everything to do for everyone. All enjoyed the private pool and game room. The kitchen and living room areas were spacious enough to accomodate everyone. There were basic cooking utensils, extra linens, plenty of towels, and basic necessities. The location was great, being extremely close to stores and restaurants. The only suggestions that we have are repairs to some of the steps, basic maintenace and tightening of cabinet doors, a more secure front door, and realignment of patio door. Otherwise, our stay was great, and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality and quick response when needed.
