Disney Birthday Trip

Overall, the experience was good. The property was kept very nice from the entrance to the back. The pool areas, the splash pad and the restaurant all met our needs. The Unit that we stayed in needs some updating. The bathroom in the master was smaller than the hall bath. I didn't use the tub/shower at all because of the rust spots; therefor 4 people had to share the shower in the hall bath. We had a lot of issues with the televisions. I contacted the property manager several times, but we never received any assistance. Some of the remotes didn't have batteries, and some of them just didn't work at all. If you're not a television person, this would probably be minor, but our family watches television as a past time. The TV in the master bedroom is impossible to watch unless you are in the bed because it is only inches from the ceiling and it's small. This is the only gripe that I have about the property manager - they were very responsive up until this point. I would definitely stay in this resort again, but the jury is still out as to whether I would stay in this particular unit.
