The room is very very spacious. The hot water is always perfect in the shower and the dishwasher works great! The staff are always ever-present and they try to do their best to accommodate the clients. Also, the surrounding parking lot is always safe. The residents are very kind as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

The rooms haven’t been updated or maintained and there were broken cabinets & the tub had mold. There were roaches in the room as well. I have to say that when I checked in the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The minute you come inside the hotel, it smelled and it got worse as we went to the room. Just glad it was close to universal studios and we only went for one night to stay over. If not I would have just found another place to check in. Which almost happen but we were all tired. And the pull up couch looked like it was brought from the dumpster.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park. Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.

My overall experience wasn’t good , maybe it was the timing , maybe it was something else but usually i try to work something out with facilities when i had a bad experience but this wasn’t the case. First room i had cigarettes smell greeted me at the door , it was a no no for me since i have 2 minors with me and the kitchen let say wasn’t it. The staff did accommodate me changing room and i did appreciate that. Second room was better but need work in the carpet and the tub. I really hope they renovate soon cuz its in a great area with a wawa right there in the corner and epic universal 5 mins away.

The room was in terrible condition. Broken porcelain soap tray in the shower with jagged edges. No covers on some of the electrical outlets. Bathtub was disgustingly dirty. I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was almost just as bad as the 1st room. No covers on the electrical outlets. Bathtub and shower were disgusting. I have pics if you want to see them. NOBODY should stay in those 2 rooms.
This is the 2nd room AFTER I told them the 1st room was dirty and not cleaned. Notice the broken soap tray.
No door on the vanity and if you zoom in on the floor in the corner, there is something on the floor that I wasn't going to touch.

Upon arrival, my initial impression of the establishment was deeply disappointing. I was dismayed to discover several concerning issues shortly after checking in. Unfortunately, the presence of stains and visible hair throughout the room made the environment feel unsanitary. Adding to this, the sighting of roaches further contributed to my decision to seek alternative accommodations. Consequently, I felt it necessary to check out of the hotel immediately.

The Room itself is in a terrible condition, it smells like "Dog pee" everytime we enter the room. The hall way always smells as well. The toilet pump kept coming loose so we couldnt flush it. A huge patch of bathtub paint came off, I don't even think we are supposed to shower in it; the exhaust doesn't even work, so everytime we shower it is very humid and suffocating. The light was very dark in the bathroom vs. anywhere else in the room. The Sofa couch was awful to even sleep on because once you sat on it, it falls through, like you almost touch the floor. There are stains on the sofa couch pillows, the mattress has alot of big stains,certain spots even look somewhat like mold, blood or pee stains. There is zero ventilation once you turn the airconditioning off, and the fould smell gets even stronger than ever, it is quite hard to bear. And, they are somehow always out of towels. The management itself are very nice people but I don't think they really did try to help us in any way, the building management told me they are sold out but I see there are still room available in their system. Few days staying there, the elevator broke down, no updates on when it was going to get fixed, breakfast was definitively more simple than other low cost hotels, at least there was cereals, here not even. I woud definitely say I got scammed because of the pictures and when I booked it back in january or february, the ratings are still OK. I should have checked again before coming here.

Property is in poor condition. The hallway carpet is disgusting, and the building smells horrible. I booked my room and I wasn’t available so I was booked in a room that clearly had been smoked in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else due to the conditions of the property and smoke smell.

I called twice for help canceling my reservation. I explained the reasons for my cancellation, but they didn't answer or understand. They charged me the full amount. I didn't feel safe with my family in the place I booked. When we arrived, there were a lot of people acting strangely inside and outside. On the way to our reserved room, the hallways and elevator were very dirty. To our dismay, when I entered the room, the floor, table, and kitchen sink were so dirty that the waiter took a towel from the sink to clean it. I asked for another room, and to our surprise, the floor, table, bathtub, and kitchen were also dirty. A door was missing from the sink cabinet. When we left, the waiter apologized for what happened. So, I requested my cancellation at the reception because I didn't feel comfortable staying there with my baby, son, and husband. He told me about a refund in 7 days. Desperate, I already called Expedia to help me with the cancellation. The quickest way is to find another place to spend the night because we were already exhausted from the trip, which was very long, and they didn't have the slightest empathy for everything. I'm sure none of you would stay with your family in a place like this and with insecurity in the place. Because we search and make reservations in places we don't know based on research and reviews from companies like this. And that's not enough, they still charged me the full amount for a place I didn't use. MY OPINION: PLACES LIKE THIS ARE ALREA
