The staff was excellent. Kevin did a great job on check-in. I want to give a special shout out to Caitlin. Something was wrong with the AC in our room, as it was very noisy. I called down to the front desk and within a few minutes Caitlin had us set up in a new room. She even called the new room to make sure everything was okay. Thank you, Caitlin!

The Fairfield Inn made the perfect landing spot to prepare for our early morning flight from MCO. It was convenient to restaurants and theme parks, if we’d had the desire to visit. There is some fun SeaWorld theming inside the hotel. Check in process was easy, and my kids enjoyed the special kids’ check-in sheet.:) I did overlook the nightly parking fee when booking, so be aware of that if your stay is longer than a night. For the affordable cost of the spacious room, I’d consider a stay here again when the need arises!

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very nice. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was very clean (as was the whole property) and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and we enjoyed watching football by the pool and the splash bar poolside.
