Loud but ok

This hotel was very loud on the first floor. Someone has to take the rooms near the lobby I guess and it was us. My mom stayed on the fourth floor and it was quieter. Lobby breakfast was ok but very messy tables as people rotated through. Employees were nice and beds comfortable. Didn’t see or use the pool, gym, shuttle.

I do not like writing negative reviews, but this is a matter of safety. The shower had a residue that was so slippery that I fell and landed outside of the tub/shower. As I pulled myself up, I saw black mold growing under the soap holders. I reported this to the front desk, filed an incident report with the manager, as well as reported it to the company. I have also sent the manager pictures of the black mold. Nothing has come from these reports after 2 weeks. This hotel does not seem to care about their guests’ health and safety. Please book with caution.

We checked in and was given a room with no TV service and there was no WiFi. Was told there was nothing they could do about TV. A man tried to fix but couldn’t. Was told WiFi was at capacity.
